GARY T. SANDERSON- President/ CEO
Gary Sanderson has over 27 years of professional work experience in the field of land surveying. Licensed Land Surveyor in California and Arizona Mr. Sanderson has held positions with both public sector transportation agencies and private sector consulting firms. Mr. Sanderson graduated from Pasadena City College with his Certificate in Civil Engineering. He also has completed training at Southern California Joint Apprenticeship Program and U.S. Anny Engineers School, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

He was employed by Caltrans as a field surveyor prior to entering the private sector. Both his experience with the public and private sectors have been engaged with the following types of work activities: Field Surveys: Boundary Research, Ownership Documentation Tentative, Final Map Research & Preparation, and Assistance to private developers & landowners.

Mr. Sanderson belongs to the American Congress on Surveying & Mapping association and the California Land Surveyors Association.
LOUIS T. GUTIERREZ- President
Louis T. Gutierrez has the daily responsibility for supervision of support engineering, surveying and planning staff assistants. He prepares and directly engaged in the design, research and processing of civil engineering plans and specifications for a wide range of projects.

Work experience includes the following:

-Preparation of engineering construction working drawings

-Grading plans

-Street improvement plans, sewer and water plans.

-Storm drain plans.

Sanderson/Gutierrez & Associates provides engineering feasibility studies for real property, for a variety of private sector and public sector clients. Mr. Gutierrez is also experienced in construction management services.
Primary work experience included all engineering support services for land development and construction projects located throughout the western United States. He worked with the company’s plate division wood products division, and structural components division for a geographic area including California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah.

His regular work duties included the following

-Project Scheduling
-Master planning of all construction phases job cost estimating labor requirements contract administration

-Estimating and bid preparation;
-Contract compliance employee certification to Federal, State and local agencies.
-Erosion control plans and other civil engineering plans.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m
